Our Story



Plantlicious started as a passion project, inspired by my love for fresh, local foods and my journey to a whole food plant-based lifestyle. 

After moving to the Blue Mountains area back in 2009, I fell in love with the year-round active lifestyle & supportive community. Good food has always been a passion of mine, and after facing a personal health crisis, I felt I had to re-examine my understanding of healthy nutrition. I started Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle, which has made an exciting and impactful difference in my life and my health. 

I have energy and vitality and most importantly, I feel I have gained control over my health and quality of life, and the health of my loved ones. Plantlicious encompasses these values and has allowed me to help people understand the truths and myths about healthy nutrition so they can make the best decision for their own diet and lifestyle.

This is how Plantlicious was born. Between my passion for plant-based real food and 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have built a reputation for natural unprocessed foods & creating nourishing, tasty recipes. 

Plantlicious strives to provide healthy, on-the-go plant-based meal options to Blue Mountain and surrounding areas. Fast forward to 2020, and Antje has built a line of hummus, plant-based burgers, soups & salads.
